Today Tab
Your home base. Shows Atlas's age, last 24-hour stats, the daily schedule context, developmental skills to practice, and quick-log buttons at the bottom. The ⚙️ in the top corner opens Settings.

Logging Feeds & Diapers
Tap the Log tab to record anything — left or right breast, bottle, pump, wet or dirty diapers, sleep, and more. Each entry is timestamped and saved. You can also quick-log from the Today tab.

Schedule Tab
Browse the week day by day. Tuesday and Thursday are special — Ashleigh's solo windows are marked. You can add one-time events or appointments and shift the whole day's schedule if you're running early or late.

The Guide tab is your on-call expert, any hour of the night. Every question you'll have about feeding, sleep, diapers, and safety — answered, searchable, and right here. No rabbit holes, no bad Google results. Just the right answer when you need it most.
